Swedish Massage is a classical relaxing massage that can be light and gentle, or deep and invigorating. Swedish Massage works to improve health, gait and general well-being. Muscles in spasm can cause a lot of pain, discomfort and postural imbalances. This can be treated by searching out the knots and tightness and applying varying pressures to gradually reduce the pull and tension in the muscles.

Aromatherapy massage

Aromatherapy massage is a relaxing massage, slower in pace than the Swedish. It combines the power of essential oils with massage therapy, benefitting both the mind and the body. It works to improve your mood, alleviate pain and detox your body, depending on the oils used.
